Appointment-only lets us control drop-offs, pickups and interruptions so the shop can stay focused on the machines already entrusted to us. It's about protecting repair time and giving customers realistic booking dates — not working fewer hours.
80+ hour work weeks are still normal around here. We're simply not open to unscheduled walk-ins while we're doing that work.
Professional clients: existing maintenance agreements and commercial arrangements continue separately from ordinary retail intake.
We've got people for that.
We keep our technicians in the shop.
We don't operate our own pickup and delivery service — and that's intentional. Customers who need transportation can be connected with independent local transport partners while our crew keeps repair work moving.
We choose the wrenches. Ask us and we'll be happy to connect you with a trusted local transport partner.
